When and how will we ship your order?
Our team will start to pull, package, and ship out your order within 1-2 hours of your order being placed. Typically, orders placed before 3pm Central are packaged and shipped out the same day.
We deliver anywhere in the US or US territories, including military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship outside of the US.
Our preferred vendor for all shipments is UPS - we expect fast, reliable deliveries too!
If you are receiving to a USPS PO Box, we will be forced to ship via USPS.
We offer priority shipping and 1 business day deliveries, simply select the speed of delivery you would like and we will make it happen.

Exchange Policy
We gladly accept exchanges for up to 10 DAYS after the original receipt. We do not offer refunds. All merchandise must be unworn, odor free, unwashed, and in original condition with TAGS to be accepted for exchanges for other items/sizes or STORE CREDIT in the form of a gift card. For all holiday, discounted items, lingerie, bodysuits, hats, jewelry, shoes, handbags/totes, and gifts; no refunds will be awarded as they are FINAL SALE.
