At Teal Poppy, we want to make shopping with us as convenient as possible! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping options:
Can I pickup my order?
We have three locations in the Houston, TX metro area - Katy, Bridgeland, & Memorial. If you select In-Store Pickup during the checkout process, you can select which shop you would like to pickup your order from. Please give us a couple hours to pull your order and then we will let you know when your order will be ready for pickup - typically within the hour if the product is in the same shop and by the next day if the product needs to be transferred to complete your order. We will send you an email as soon as it is ready!
When and how will we ship your order?
Our team will start to pull, package, and ship out your order within 1-2 hours of your order being placed. Typically, orders placed before 3pm Central are packaged and shipped out the same day. You will receive an order fulfilled email that will contain the tracking info for you order, this will be sent after the automatic order confirmation emails.
We deliver anywhere in the US or US territories, including military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship outside of the US.
Our preferred vendor for all shipments is UPS - we expect fast, reliable deliveries too! We also ship via FedEx when it is faster than UPS in a specific area.
If you are receiving to a USPS PO Box, we will be forced to ship via USPS.
We offer priority shipping and 1 business day deliveries, simply select the speed of delivery you would like and we will make it happen.

What happens if my order is lost in shipment?
Because we use UPS for nearly all of our deliveries we do not experience lost packages by in large. On the very rare chance that a package is delayed due to weather or other issues, we work to make sure your package arrives as soon as it comes. We automatically track all packages to make sure every package is reliably delivered.
We are not responsible if an incorrect shipping address is provided - we guarantee the package will be shipped to the provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, an additional charge will be applied to re-ship the package.
If a shipment is lost or damaged, we will work to get it resolved as best as we can. Please understand that the exact order may not be able to be repeated as our products sell out quickly and we may not be able to pull your order a second time. We will provide a full refund if your order can't be fulfilled.
